City Offices Closed - July 4th Published on July 01, 2024 In celebration of Independence Day, all City offices will be closed on July 4. Highlander Pool will be open Tuesday, July 4 from 10 a.m.-5 p.m. (weather permitting), and the Sprayground will be open 9 a.m.-5 p.m. (weather permitting). Annual Kiwanis Midnight Run Causeway Closure Published on June 26, 2024 Attention Drivers - Causeway Boulevard will be closed from Bayshore Boulevard (Alt. 19) to Honeymoon Island State Park. The road closure will begin Wednesday, July 3 at 10 p.m. and will conclude on Thursday, July 4 at 3 a.m. There will be no access to the Causeway for the duration of the Kiwanis Midnight Run.
