Local Candidates Express Views During Election Forum

On Thursday, September 12, more than 300 residents packed the Hale Center to hear from four local candidates running for City Commission and three candidates running for City Mayor. The event was sponsored by the City of Dunedin and Dunedin Chamber of Commerce, and was moderated by the League of Women Voters. It was livestreamed on Facebook and YouTube and is available to watch on-demand.

Candidates running for Seat 1 are: Tom Dugard and Shane Warth; running for seat 3: Steven Sandbergen and Kate Spangler; and running for mayor: Maureen Freaney, John Shine and John Tornga.
