Boat America Safe Boating Course
This course provides an comprehensive introduction to boating, covering safe operation, aides to navigation (ATON), navigation rules, Florida boating laws and legal requirements, safety equipment, emergency procedures, and much more! Upon successful completion of the course, participants will receive a Florida Fish and Wildlife Conservation Commission (FWC) Safe Boating ID Card. This course is instructed by the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. Join us to enhance your boating skills and navigate with confidence!

Intro to Basic Coastal Navigation
In this course, you will learn essential navigation skills, including how to understand latitude and longitude coordinates, use a compass and bearings, plot a course on a nautical chart, and calculate time, distance, and speed for the course you are planning. Additionally, you will become familiar with navigational aids and rules. This course is instructed by the U.S. Coast Guard Auxiliary. Join us to enhance your boating skills and navigate with confidence!
