Scholarships

Dunedin For Youth Scholarship Fund
Dunedin Parks & Recreation provides financial assistance to young children and teenagers of Dunedin who come from families in need of support to enable their children to participate in summer camps and other recreational programs. The assistance is made possible by donations received from individuals, businesses, and organizations towards The George J. Koutsourais Dunedin for Youth Scholarship Fund. This scholarship fund was established in memory of former Mayor/Commissioner Manuel G. Koutsourais’ son through a resolution by the Dunedin City Commission. The Dunedin for Youth Scholarship Fund helps children develop teamwork, life skills, self-confidence, responsibility, healthy lifestyles, perseverance, and friendships.
